The course
The gap between who you are and how you come across.
You know you're capable. You know what you'd like to say. Then the moment arrives, a date, a new group, someone you want to impress, and something else takes over.
Part of your attention starts watching yourself. A voice tells you how it's going. Next time, it feels easier not to go at all.
Unguarded explains what's actually happening in your mind and nervous system in those moments, and gives you practical tools to change it. It draws on psychology and neuroscience, and it's built around practice, not theory.
Six modules, one a week.
Four short video lessons in each module.
One practice each week to try in real situations.
A daily evidence journal that builds a factual record of how you really show up.

What you get, and what we ask.
What you get
The complete six-week course, free. It will be £197 at public launch.
The Unguarded evidence journal.
Access from November, two months before anyone else.
A direct say in how the course is shaped.
What we ask
Watch each week's lessons and try the practice.
Work through at least the first three modules.
Tell us three things at the end: what landed, what changed, and what was unclear.
Be honest. Critical feedback is as useful as praise.
Is this for you?
It's a good fit if:
You come across as less confident than you are in the moments that matter to you.
You replay conversations afterwards, or talk yourself out of going.
You can give it a couple of hours a week for six weeks from November.
You're 18 or over and willing to tell us what you really think.
